Colby Jones, an international queer lens-based artist, is a graduate of Alberta University of the Arts with a Major in Photography. With a background in photo retouching, Colby seamlessly blends technical skills with artistic expression. His recent projects delve into the realms of identity, sexuality, and gender. Colby has garnered recognition in publications such as Dazed (UK), Decalogue (EUR), Bullett (US), Metal (EUR), Chasseur (EUR), Jar De Sans (EUR), and Hello Mr. (US). Through his art, Colby transforms personal experiences into visual narratives, viewing each piece as a diary entry that captures the emotions tied to pivotal moments. Colby is currently based in Toronto, Canada.
